Welcome to ANIMA Merx! We're stoked to have you with us so early in our journey together. As we are currently a small team there are a few items in mind while purchasing with us. 

Free Delivery in SLC, UT: We offer complimentary delivery services for all our customers in Salt Lake City, Utah. Your order will be dispatched within 1-2 business days after the purchase is made. 

Free Pickup Option: For our local customers who prefer a more personalized experience, we provide a free pickup option. Simply send us a direct message on Instagram @animamerx to schedule a pickup time that suits you best. 

Domestic Shipping: We understand that not all our customers are based in Salt Lake City, so we offer reliable domestic shipping services for all orders. 

International Shipping: At this time we do not offer international shipping options. We appreciate your understanding and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Shipping Times: Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location and the shipping option you choose during checkout. We strive to process and ship all orders within 1-2 days from payment. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, allowing you to monitor the progress of your package.

Free Shipping on Orders $75 and Above: To show our appreciation for your support, we offer free standard shipping for all orders totaling $75 or more.
